Greetings beautiful people! I'm Steph, an Integrative Nutritional Health Coach, and graduate of the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. Currently, my main focus is serving those who are challenged with anxiety. I have transcended my own anxiety diagnosis, and am passionate about helping others experience a more peaceful life. I share practices that manage and reduce anxiety, such as breath work, mindful movement, meditation, body tapping and self inquiry. I also invite you to try new practices related to your senses of hearing, smelling, imagery, and mindful movement. This engaged approach to coaching supports the gradual development of new neural networks in the brain, which support us in our quest to experience life differently. To ultimately experience life with less anxiety!

Breathe

Research shows breathwork can reduce anxiety, stress, and symptoms of depression while improving sleep, focus, and emotional restoration. Breathwork activates the body's relaxation response by directly affecting the parasympathetic nervous system. I will guide you through breathing techniques that promote relaxation, and improve oxygen intake. Give yourself permission to feel anxiety melting away~

Personalized Assessment

One hour in-depth assessments create space for me to become familiar with your unique situation. You will experience my calm, supportive presence while discussing your background, current habits, challenges and aspirations. I will ask questions regarding your current work and home life and dietary and sleeping habits. I also inquire about current medications and other treatments you may be utilizing. All assessments conclude with a guided meditation that's intended to provide inspiration. Assessments are necessary to move forward with one on one sessions, for they are an integral reference point for us throughout your coaching journey.

Coaching Sessions

One hour coaching sessions begin with space for sharing recent experiences and setting intention. This check in time allows me to assess your needs and implement the practices that will serve you best. In these sessions, I will guide you in meditation, breath work, mindful movement, body tapping and self inquiry. Through these coaching sessions, it is my hope that you come to a greater understanding of your life experiences and how to restore balance in times of stress & overwhelm.

Sensory Practice Workshop

In these one hour workshops, you'll be invited to engage in practices related to sensory experience. Based on individual needs and capacities, I’ll engage you in practices that support development of new neural pathways in the brain. These practices can also serve in updating the nervous system, which can allow you to adapt to life with greater ease. Sensory practices have been found to be especially helpful for those who have suffered injury- including mental/emotional trauma. My intention is to introduce new sensory practices that ultimately become part of your daily rhythm.
